i eat low fat all the time - here's one
10 jumbo shrimp boiled ww spagetti ragu heart healthy sauce pam spray with garlic and tomatos in a pan with a few drops of white wine mix all together with pam and garlic powder on english muffins (low fat garlic bread) - one of my favorites - like 600 cal, 6 g of fat and you are full as a mother fucker after. grilled chicken, rosemary grille sauce bbq'd with brown rice boiled in chicken broth with string beans and baby carrots in the same chicken stock/broth brown rice and red or black beans with grilled chicken on the grille with pepper, garlic powder rub and then after it is about 90% cooked, but it in the simmering black beans with green or hot peppers and let cook covered for like 5 mins togther |

Cook up Canelli beans (dried or canned)
add to your favorite tomatoe sauce. throw over some pasta (I eat it without but if you want the extra carb boost...)
